I’m sure you’ve been in at least one situation whereby somebody expected an apology from you when you weren’t necessarily wrong. Unless doing things are harmful, you shouldn’t apologize for:

Your appearance

Your emotions

Asking questions

Taking time to make decisions

Your past

Ending unhealthy relationships

Making positive changes

Standing up for yourself

Things that didn’t work out

Your priorities

Your beliefs

Following your purpose

Being sick

Telling the truth

Having high expectations

Other people

Not knowing the answer

Taking ” me” time

Saying “no”

Your opinion

Who you love

Setting personal boundaries

Things that are out of your control

Not going out of your way

Being intimidatingly talented

You shouldn’t apologize if you’re not truly sorry
